A company built for the moment a decision has to be made

100 Crosses Ltd exists to help individuals, families, entrepreneurs and organisations move through the points where progress stalls — and to do it with clarity, structure and a written record.

Our story

Every Cross matters. Every Crossing is managed. Every Crossed outcome reflects our commitment to professional service.

The 100 Crosses commitment
Professional Office

Most people do not need a specialist. They need someone competent to take a complicated, unfamiliar task off their desk and see it through properly.

That task looks different depending on who is asking. A family planning a complex multi-leg trip and needing the documentation coordinated correctly. An entrepreneur whose systems have outgrown the spreadsheets they started with. An operations manager who needs a process written down before the person who knows it leaves. A commercial buyer who needs a petroleum product sourced, specified, quoted and delivered against a contract that will stand up to scrutiny.

What these have in common is a crossroad: a point at which the next step matters, the options are not obvious, and doing nothing has a cost. 100 Crosses Ltd was formed to be the organisation people call at that point — across travel, business growth, digital transformation, day-to-day operations, energy procurement, petroleum supply and wider commercial opportunities.

We are deliberately multidisciplinary and deliberately bounded. The range of what we do is broad; the line around what we will not do is drawn clearly and in writing.

Mission

To deliver high-quality, practical and client-focused services across travel, technology, business support, petroleum wholesale and commercial coordination — managed to a defined scope, delivered to a defined standard and closed with a defined outcome.

Vision

To become a trusted, versatile service provider in the United Kingdom and internationally, recognised for professionalism, integrity, adaptability, innovation, responsibility and service excellence — a company whose word can be relied upon in commercial matters.

Values

Twelve commitments we can be held to

Integrity

We say what we can do, and we say what we cannot.

Professionalism

Consistent standards across every division and every value of work.

Practicality

Advice and support you can act on, not theory.

Adaptability

Requirements change; the process is designed to absorb that.

Confidentiality

Client and counterparty information is handled on a need-to-know basis.

Accountability

A named contact owns each Cross from arrival to closure.

Innovation

We adopt tools — including AI — where they measurably help.

Value creation

Work should leave you better organised than it found you.

Respect

Every Cross is treated the same way, regardless of size.

Compliance

We decline work we are not authorised or equipped to carry out.

Safety

Physical handling of petroleum products is left to qualified third parties.

Responsible commercial conduct

We choose counterparties carefully and document what we agree.

Ethical operating statement

No misleading promises

Every Cross is treated with respect. Every Crossing is managed with diligence. Every matter is concluded — or closed — properly and transparently.

We do not promise outcomes we cannot control. We do not describe availability, pricing or delivery as guaranteed before it has been confirmed in writing. We do not imply authorisations, licences or professional standing that we do not hold. If a matter cannot proceed, we say so, we explain why, and we close it as Stayed rather than leaving it open.

Where a requirement falls outside our scope — legal advice, immigration advice, financial, tax or investment advice, regulated property services — we will tell you at the earliest point and, if you wish, help you coordinate an appropriately authorised professional.

Oil & Gas operating principle

Responsible sourcing, clear contracts, checked counterparties

Our petroleum activity is business-to-business wholesale and procurement coordination. It is governed by a small number of non-negotiable principles.

  • We source responsibly, and only from suppliers we have taken reasonable steps to verify.
  • Commercial terms are set out in a written quotation and contract before any transaction proceeds.
  • Counterparty checks are carried out on both buyers and suppliers, proportionate to the transaction.
  • Product information — specification, origin, quantity, tolerance — is stated accurately or not at all.
  • Transport, storage and delivery are coordinated through qualified, appropriately authorised third parties.
  • We work only with credible customers, suppliers and logistics providers, and reserve the right to decline.
Boundary

100 Crosses Ltd is not a petroleum producer, refiner or extractor, and is not a licensed fuel storage or transport operator. SIC code 46711 is a Standard Industrial Classification code, not a licence. Read the Oil & Gas Compliance Notice.

Oil and Gas Infrastructure

Work with a company that writes down what it will do

Scope, fees, responsibilities and timescales are confirmed in writing before a Crossing begins — on every engagement, in every division.
